Start and use your 30-day Solo trial

What the trial includes

The trial gives an eligible business 30 days of Solo access. No card is required, and it does not automatically become a paid subscription. This is a Solo trial, not a Team trial.

Who can start a trial?

• You must be the business owner and have a verified account email.
• Complete business setup first.
• The business must be on Free without an existing Stripe subscription.
• The trial is one-time per owner across their businesses. Creating another business does not create another trial.

Activate and confirm access

1. Verify your email and finish the business setup flow. Eligible new businesses can activate the trial as setup completes.
2. Open Plan & billing to check whether Solo trial is already active.
3. If your eligible Free account has not started a trial, select Start my 30-day trial.
4. Wait for the activation result, then confirm that the current plan says Solo trial and shows the days remaining.
5. Use the trial to configure services and travel rules, review your booking page, and prepare your client workflow.

Your day-21 progress summary

RoveLogics is configured to send a progress summary around day 21 of the trial using the account's recorded activity. It is intended to help you review what you have set up and accomplished before deciding whether to subscribe.

A scheduled summary does not guarantee inbox placement. Check spam if expected email is missing; Plan & billing remains the place to check your current access.

When the trial ends

You can choose a paid subscription through Plan & billing if you want to continue with Solo or move to Team. Review and approve the checkout yourself.

If you do not subscribe, access returns to the Free plan. There is no automatic subscription charge. Free-plan feature and routing limits then apply.

If the activation button is missing

1. Check whether the account already shows an active Solo trial, paid subscription or complimentary access.
2. Confirm setup is complete and your account email is verified.
3. Make sure you are the business owner rather than an invited staff member.
4. If you have previously used a trial, it cannot be restarted on another business. Contact support if you believe your eligibility is wrong.
