Set up your business

Create your provider account, verify your email, and complete the guided setup before sharing your booking page.

1. Create and verify your account

  1. Open rovelogics.com/register and choose the plan you are interested in. The selection does not start a paid subscription.
  2. Review each required policy and make your own agreement choices. The business account owner must be an adult.
  3. Choose your sign-in method or create an account with email.
  4. Follow the email-verification instructions before using the provider workspace. If the message is missing, check spam and use the resend option shown at sign-in.
Good to know

Eligible businesses can start the no-card 30-day Solo trial after verification and setup. Team access requires a paid subscription or approved Insider access. See the Solo trial and plans guides for current terms.

2. Open the setup wizard

New providers are guided through setup. To review it later, use Settings, then Setup wizard. You can also use the full settings screens.

  1. In Business, choose your industry, business name and where appointments happen.
  2. For mobile work, enter the starting or dispatch address used for routing. It stays private.
  3. Review the setup interview and any recommendations before applying them. Your description does not replace confirming the actual settings.

3. Services, schedule and booking

  1. In Services, enter a clear service name, duration and price. Include setup and cleanup time where needed.
  2. In Schedule, confirm timezone, working days, hours, capacity and the booking window.
  3. In Booking, review access rules, client-account requirements and cancellation/rescheduling settings. Add your cancellation policy if enabled.
  4. Use Save & continue to save each step. On a phone, the progress indicator shows your current step; Back returns to the previous step.

4. Travel, payments and screening

  1. In Travel, review the service jurisdictions, maximum drive, return-home rules, buffers and travel charges for the way you work.
  2. In Payments, choose the payment requirement your business intends to use. If payment or a card is required, connect and verify a supported processor before inviting clients.
  3. In Screening, review the questions, forms and notification choices relevant to the service. SMS is paused.
Good to know

A connected processor is separate from your RoveLogics subscription. A connection badge alone does not prove every payment workflow.

5. Review before sharing

  1. Review Website and Dashboard preferences, then check the final Review step before finishing.
  2. Keep Public booking page off while preparing your business if you are not ready to accept bookings.
  3. Use Booking Test Lab to check a service and destination without creating an appointment. If it is hidden, open Settings, Customize dashboard and enable Booking Test Lab, then find it under Tools.
  4. When ready, enable your public booking page, review the customer-facing information and share the intended booking link.
Good to know

Booking Test Lab checks availability and pricing without making a reservation. It does not test payment, form submission or notification delivery. You do not need access to RoveLogics's internal QA environment to set up your business.

If setup does not continue

  • Check the current step for required or invalid fields.
  • An enabled cancellation policy needs text or an uploaded policy before setup can finish.
  • If no times appear, check service duration, working hours, travel limits and existing calendar conflicts.
  • Retain a non-sensitive error message and the step name when contacting support.
