Choose the plan for your business

• Free has no subscription charge and includes core booking with a limited monthly route-calculation allowance.
• Solo costs $29 per month or $290 per year.
• Team costs $39 per month or $390 per year for the base plan, including two providers.
• Additional active Team providers cost $10 per month or $120 per year each. Manager-only accounts do not count as additional providers.

How annual billing works

The annual Solo and Team base prices equal ten monthly payments, giving you two months free. The full annual amount is billed at checkout; the monthly equivalent is a comparison, not a monthly payment schedule.

The two-month saving applies to the base plan. Additional Team providers have their own monthly and annual prices.

Find your current plan

1. Sign in to the provider workspace and open Plan & billing.
2. Review the current plan, subscription status, active provider count and route calculations this month.
3. Use Billing frequency to compare Monthly with Annual · save 2 months.
4. If you want a paid plan, select the available Choose Solo or Choose Team option for the frequency you want.
5. Review the amount, billing period and recurring terms in secure Stripe checkout before approving a subscription.

Manage an existing subscription

Use the subscription-management control in Plan & billing to open the Stripe billing portal when available. Review the portal's available payment-method, invoice and cancellation actions, including the effective date, before confirming a change.

Subscription checkout is separate from the Stripe or Square account you connect to collect payments from your own clients. Your processor's fees are separate from your RoveLogics subscription.

Try Solo before subscribing

Eligible owners can use a one-time 30-day Solo trial without a card or an automatic charge. If you do not choose a paid subscription, the plan returns to Free when the trial ends. The dedicated 30-day Solo trial guide explains eligibility and activation.

If a billing option is unavailable

• Confirm you are signed in as the business owner or have the required billing permission.
• An active subscription, complimentary access or an existing enrollment benefit can change the available checkout controls.
• If paid checkout reports that it is unavailable, keep using the available Free features or contact support. Do not retry checkout repeatedly to force access.
