Help with Your first booking

This page focuses on the guide you were reading. Work through the relevant checks below, then send us a question if the issue is still unresolved.

Start with your your first booking setup

These are checks drawn from this feature's own instructions.

  1. Read the final confirmation or request status and retain the booking reference.
  2. Open Appointments in the provider workspace and check the matching client, service, time, location, total and current status.
  3. Check any required payment, approval or paperwork rather than assuming an unfinished request is confirmed.
  4. Confirm that the expected client and provider notifications arrived. A recorded send is not proof of inbox delivery.
  5. An empty calendar gap may still be too short for travel, setup and cleanup.
  6. An address inside your service area may not fit between the appointments around it.

Common problems in Get started

Choose the problem closest to what you are seeing. Each one includes practical checks and a safe next step.

A setup step is not complete
  1. Review required business details, timezone, and contact information.
  2. Make sure your services are active and have a duration, price, and eligible provider.
  3. Save the section, reopen it, and check for a validation message.
Return to the setup checklist and retry only the unfinished step.
The account is ready, but booking is not
  1. Check working hours, breaks, availability, and service eligibility.
  2. Verify a payment connection if prepayment is required.
  3. Run a fictional booking in the QA environment.
Use the first-booking guide to pinpoint which requirement blocks the booking.
