Step-by-step

1. Open Provider Setup or scheduling preferences.
2. Find Booking window and enter how many days into the future clients should see bookable dates.
3. Choose a shorter window if your workload or service areas change often; a longer one if clients plan ahead.
4. Save and preview your booking page to confirm that dates beyond the window are not offered.

Check your setup

• Booking window controls the farthest available date, not the time before an appointment that booking must close.
• Existing appointments remain on the calendar even if you shorten the window.
