Route-aware booking

Learn how travel time and location influence available appointments.

Why routing matters

A time slot may look free on a calendar yet be impractical when travel, setup, buffers, or the return trip are included. Route-aware booking evaluates more than the appointment duration alone.

Settings to review

  • Maximum travel time to a booking
  • Service area and included mileage
  • Per-mile fees and optional caps
  • Buffers and setup/cleanup time
  • Start and end locations, including return-home preferences
  • Daily booking capacity and preferred workload

How slots are evaluated

RoveLogics considers the existing itinerary and routing constraints before presenting eligible times. Exact results depend on addresses, routing provider data, and configured rules.

Troubleshooting unavailable slots

  1. Check that the service duration fits the available window.
  2. Verify the location is inside the service area.
  3. Look for travel-time or return-trip conflicts.
  4. Review capacity and buffers before increasing limits.
