01

Start with your set up notifications and reminders setup

These are checks drawn from this feature's own instructions.

  1. Read the Live email test notice before using Send test email.
  2. Send test email sends a real transactional message to your signed-in account email. Use it only when you intend to receive that message.
  3. Check the result shown beside the button, then check your inbox and spam folder.
  4. If the result reports an error or the email does not arrive, retain the approximate send time and a non-sensitive error description for support.
  5. Check that the relevant event and channel are enabled and saved.
  6. For push, confirm permission on the recipient's device and check the in-app inbox separately.

Common problems in Clients & communication

Choose the problem closest to what you are seeing. Each one includes practical checks and a safe next step.

A client cannot complete a form or requirement
  1. Review required questions and validation messages.
  2. Check that the correct form or link is associated with the appointment.
  3. Verify whether the form was already submitted or its access expired.
Test with fictional data and avoid putting clinical information in regular RoveLogics support.
A reminder or message was not received
  1. Review client contact details and communication preferences.
  2. Check the message trigger, schedule, and opt-in requirements.
  3. Confirm the appointment status satisfies the notification rule.
Use a non-sensitive timestamp and message type when contacting support.

Still not resolved?

When you contact support, tell us what you expected, what happened instead, the non-sensitive error text (if any), and roughly when it occurred. The form will automatically include Set up notifications and reminders as the topic.

Please do not include passwords, security codes, payment card details, client health records, or any other sensitive information.
