Common problems in Appointments & scheduling
Choose the problem closest to what you are seeing. Each one includes practical checks and a safe next step.
A time or service cannot be booked
- Confirm the service is enabled for online booking and its duration fits the slot.
- Review the assigned provider's hours, time off, buffers, and daily capacity.
- Look for an existing hold or appointment conflict.
Test one known-open time before relaxing availability rules.
An appointment has the wrong status
- Review any required payment, intake, estimate approval, or client confirmation.
- Check whether the appointment was held, rescheduled, or cancelled.
- Reload the appointment and compare the timeline with the provider's requirements.
Do not manually mark a payment or requirement complete until its underlying record is verified.
