Connect payments and calendars
What to expect when connecting Stripe, Square, and Google Calendar.
Supported connections
RoveLogics supports connected payment-provider workflows through Stripe and Square, and calendar synchronization through Google Calendar. Availability and available actions depend on your account setup.
We recommend Stripe for new RoveLogics payment integrations because it has undergone more extensive testing with RoveLogics across account setup, checkout, refunds, and payment reconciliation. This is a RoveLogics integration recommendation, not a claim that Stripe is always cheaper or better for every business.
Check the connection state
- Open your integrations area.
- Choose the provider you want to connect.
- Complete the provider's authorization flow.
- Return to RoveLogics and confirm the integration reports Connected.
- Create a fictional test transaction or calendar event where appropriate.
Calendar privacy
RoveLogics is designed to avoid placing clients' private identifying details such as names and addresses in Google Calendar event content. Always review calendar sharing permissions.
If something fails
A Connected badge confirms an authorization state, not necessarily every webhook or payment path. For financial integrations, use the provider's test or sandbox mode for QA.
