Start with your connect payments and calendars setup

These are checks drawn from this feature's own instructions.

  1. Open your integrations area.
  2. Choose the provider you want to connect.
  3. Complete the provider's authorization flow.
  4. Return to RoveLogics and confirm the integration reports Connected.
  5. Create a fictional test transaction or calendar event where appropriate.

Common problems in Integrations

Choose the problem closest to what you are seeing. Each one includes practical checks and a safe next step.

An integration says connected but nothing happens
  1. Confirm the authorized account is the correct one.
  2. Check whether the action occurred in sandbox or live mode.
  3. Compare the event on the provider's own dashboard with RoveLogics.
A Connected badge proves authorization, not every subsequent payment or webhook.
A connection or calendar sync stopped
  1. Look for expired authorization, revoked permissions, or disconnected status.
  2. Check the connected provider for outages and errors.
  3. Reconnect only the affected service, then retry with fictional data.
Never paste tokens or secrets into a support request.
