This feature is still in development.

Missing access may be expected. Check its rollout status before treating the absence of a control as a technical fault.

01

Start with your quickbooks integration roadmap setup

These are checks drawn from this feature's own instructions.

  1. Keep current accounting records in your chosen system.
  2. Reconcile payment, fee and refund activity before export.
  3. When an integration becomes available, test transaction mapping with fictional data.
  4. Do not assume automatic journal entries or payroll export are live.
  5. Avoid double-importing transactions.

Common problems in Integrations

Choose the problem closest to what you are seeing. Each one includes practical checks and a safe next step.

An integration says connected but nothing happens
  1. Confirm the authorized account is the correct one.
  2. Check whether the action occurred in sandbox or live mode.
  3. Compare the event on the provider's own dashboard with RoveLogics.
A Connected badge proves authorization, not every subsequent payment or webhook.
A connection or calendar sync stopped
  1. Look for expired authorization, revoked permissions, or disconnected status.
  2. Check the connected provider for outages and errors.
  3. Reconnect only the affected service, then retry with fictional data.
Never paste tokens or secrets into a support request.
