This feature has limited or pilot availability.

Missing access may be expected. Check its rollout status before treating the absence of a control as a technical fault.

01

Start with your estimates, invoices & approvals setup

These are checks drawn from this feature's own instructions.

  1. Create an estimate with services, totals, and clear terms.
  2. Send a branded review link so the client can see and approve or decline.
  3. After approval, convert the estimate to an invoice when appropriate.
  4. Send a payment link connected to the business's payment provider.
  5. Reconcile payment status, then deliver a friendly provider-branded receipt.
  6. Approval links and authorization boundaries

Common problems in Payments & billing

Choose the problem closest to what you are seeing. Each one includes practical checks and a safe next step.

A payment, invoice, or estimate will not advance
  1. Check the connected processor's account and its test/live environment.
  2. Verify the approval, payment link, invoice total, and current document status.
  3. Compare the processor's actual transaction with the RoveLogics record.
Do not charge again until you have ruled out an already-successful payment or webhook delay.
The client did not receive the document
  1. Confirm the intended recipient address and document status.
  2. Check whether a send action completed and whether the link is still valid.
  3. For pilot workflows, verify email delivery testing is enabled for the environment.
Share no card data or payment secrets when escalating the issue.
