Start with your contact forms and public inquiries setup

These are checks drawn from this feature's own instructions.

  1. Enable the contact form if offered by your website plan.
  2. Choose which business email receives notices.
  3. Submit a fictional inquiry from the public page.
  4. Confirm the business can reply through the intended channel.
  5. Public contact forms should not solicit protected health details.
  6. Apply spam controls and response expectations.

Common problems in Website & marketing

Choose the problem closest to what you are seeing. Each one includes practical checks and a safe next step.

A public page or change is missing
  1. Check whether the content was saved and the page is published or preview-only.
  2. Confirm the correct business page, theme, and URL are open.
  3. Refresh the page and compare with a private browser session.
Check publishing state before changing DNS or public links.
A booking link or page action does not work
  1. Review the target service and booking availability.
  2. Confirm the published page is using the intended business configuration.
  3. Try a fictional booking from the public-facing journey.
Do not publish a link you have not verified end to end.
