This feature has limited or pilot availability.

Missing access may be expected. Check its rollout status before treating the absence of a control as a technical fault.

01

Start with your retention and follow-up reporting setup

These are checks drawn from this feature's own instructions.

  1. Open Retention or Reports where available.
  2. Choose a period and eligible client group.
  3. Review repeat-booking rates and follow-up outcomes.
  4. Adjust outreach cadence based on opt-in and client experience.
  5. A reminder sent is not proof it was read.
  6. Do not infer clinical outcomes from general booking patterns.

Common problems in Reports & bookkeeping

Choose the problem closest to what you are seeing. Each one includes practical checks and a safe next step.

Totals do not match expected income
  1. Compare the reporting date range and timezone.
  2. Separate charges, fees, refunds, taxes, and payouts.
  3. Verify completed payments in the payment processor before reconciling.
A payout date and a payment date may fall in different reporting periods.
An expense, distance, or export is missing
  1. Check applied filters and whether the record was saved.
  2. Verify the correct business and provider are selected.
  3. Re-run an export for a small known period.
Keep original bookkeeping records until the comparison is reconciled.
